John 8:26-28

New Matthew Bible

²⁶ I have many things to say, and to judge of you. Yea, and he who sent me is true. And I speak in the world those things that I have heard from him.

²⁷ However, they did not understand that he was speaking of his Father. ²⁸ Then Jesus said to them, When you have lifted up on high the Son of man, then you will know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself, but as my Father has taught me, even so I speak.
